About Us

Founded in 1984 by Fred and Vickie Kraft, when the Krafts observed the growing need to train women for significant local church ministry.

Vickie, a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, has been teaching women's Bible Studies for many years. In addition to her ministry with TITUS 2:4, she was Minister to Women at Northwest Bible Church of Dallas, Texas for 14 years.

Vickie is the author of several books:
