Titus 2:4 Ministries:
Responding to a Pressing Need and a Biblical Command

If there ever were a day in which the voices of godly women need to be heard, it surely must be today. The social changes...the media...the high divorce rate...pervasive immorality...all these factors contribute to the confusion and unrest typical of many women today, not to mention that many women are facing these challenges as working mothers or single parents. 

And don't begin to think that the Christian woman is immune.

We must speak out boldly with the mature wisdom that only a knowledge and application of God's Word provides.

"Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God." Titus 2:3-5 (NIV)

Clearly the need for women to encourage women has been in the heart of God from the first century of the church. As we continue in the 21st century, surely now is the time to fully implement this mandate in the local church through significant Women's Ministries.
